• Payment information — processed securely by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record) and Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.
• Usage data — we may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use our website. No individually identifiable browsing data is retained by us.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver purchased digital products electronically after payment is confirmed.
• To send the free lead magnet PDF you requested via our opt-in form.
• To send marketing emails, including our nurture sequence and product announcements — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email.
• To process payments and issue refunds via Lemon Squeezy and Stripe.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate ContentKit AI. Each has its own privacy policy:

• GitHub Pages — website hosting. Your IP address may be logged by GitHub per their privacy policy. See GitHub Privacy Statement.
• Google Fonts — we load fonts from Google's CDN, which may set cookies and log your IP address per Google's privacy policy.

4. Your Rights

• Unsubscribe — You can unsubscribe from all marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the footer of every email we send.
• Data deletion — You can request deletion of your personal data by emailing support@contentkit.ai. We will process your request within 30 days.

ContentKit AI does not set first-party cookies. Third-party services we use — including Google Fonts and Lemon Squeezy's checkout — may set cookies per their own policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

• Your email address is retained in Kit (ConvertKit) for as long as you remain subscribed. Upon unsubscribe or deletion request, your data is removed from our email platform.
• Payment records are retained by Lemon Squeezy and Stripe for as long as required by applicable tax, accounting, and legal regulations (typically 7 years).

7. Children's Privacy

ContentKit AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
