Requesting a refund is straightforward:

- Include your order number or the email address used at checkout so we can locate your purchase.
- No explanation required — but we appreciate any feedback that helps us improve.
- We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy/Stripe. Processing time on your bank or card statement may vary (typically 3–10 business days after we process).
3. Digital Product Nature
ContentKit AI is a digital product delivered electronically. Because digital files can be downloaded immediately upon purchase, we cannot technically "return" a digital product in the traditional sense. However, our 30-day money-back guarantee means this distinction doesn't matter — if you're not satisfied, you receive a full refund regardless.
