ContentKit AI sells digital products — specifically, AI marketing prompt packs and content templates. All products are delivered electronically via email within minutes of purchase confirmation. You will receive a download link or file attachment at the email address you provide at checkout.

Products are delivered as PDF files and/or markdown template files. No physical goods are shipped.

3. License Grant

Upon completing your purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ContentKit AI prompt packs and templates. Specifically:

You MAY:

• Use the prompts for personal and commercial purposes, including client work.
• Use the AI-generated outputs commercially — content you generate using the prompts belongs entirely to you.
• Modify and adapt the prompts for your own use.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the prompt files themselves — in original or modified form.
• Bundle the prompt files into your own product for sale or distribution.
• Claim authorship of the original prompt templates or present them as your own creation.
• Share your download link or access credentials with others.

4. Intellectual Property

All prompt templates, website copy, design, and materials created by ContentKit AI remain the intellectual property of ContentKit AI and are protected by applicable copyright laws. The content you generate using our prompts — including any AI-generated text, copy, or assets — belongs to you. ContentKit AI claims no ownership over your outputs.

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed and charged in USD.
• Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles all payment processing, VAT, and tax collection globally.
• Prices are subject to change at any time. However, your purchase is locked at the price displayed at the time of checkout.
